Control definition Simplified

Control is that function of business management which is used for effective utilization of planning . After making planning and implementing it , manager observes the employees by different controlling techniques whether work is doing according to planning or not , that observation is called control . Without control of work , indiscipline , fraud , corruption and slowing work problems can arise which can reduce the efficiency of employee . Control enables employees more responsible for performing their duties . Control powers to the discipline and work culture . It is different from intervention and interfere in work but with controlling , manager tries to reduce wastage in work .
